Hello everyone… I am back with another kajal review
I had already reviewed the Lotus color click kajal and Faces magnet eyes kajal.
I am not always a kajal person; I save them for occasions where my eyes need to
be on focus. But as an Indian girl, I had always used kajal in my college days. It
was always a good feeling when I would apply kajal and step out of my home
especially with sarees. They just make me feel better and more put together in
any outfit.
Plum is a well-settled German brand in India; they
are popular for their kajal and skincare range. I recently tried their Plum Natur
studio all-day-wear kohl kajal, and I am so happy that I found this kajal
because I was looking for a kajal that is long-lasting all my life. I have a
few words to say about this kajal and share my experience with you guys.
PACKAGING
It comes in a long hard paper box that is put
together as a triangle shape, so fancy with purple and white color packaging. It
is a pencil kajal the one you need to sharpen when the tip becomes blunt. It also
comes with a sharpener that has great quality, I was using Lakme dual
sharpener all these years, ever since I’ve met this sharpener there is no going
back to my old one. The pencil is quite easy to carry on your purse or makeup
pouch and has a sturdy cap.
THE SHARPENER
The sharpener was quite interesting for me as it had
two settings to sharpen your pencil for a more sharp or soft blunt tip. It depends
on your comfort, sharp tip helps with the wing and blunt tip would be perfect
for the lower lash line.
It also has a red strip which helps clean the sharpener after usage.

From the goodness labs
The science of being good. That’s
what our folks in lab coats are good at- inventing delightful goodness from
natural and life-friendly ingredients.
PS: No white lab coats here, we
love the colors.
PRICE
Rupees 495 for 1.2g of quantity.
PIGMENTATION
I personally feel it’s not the
blackest black kajal you can find but you could get jet black color in two
swipes. It has a decent black pigmentation in one swipe. It definitely has
better pigmentation than other kajals in the drugstore.
FORMULA
It has a mid creamy texture, creamy
enough to line your upper lash line without having a buttery consistency. For beginners
like me who use kajal occasionally, this works best because my fingers forget
the right pressure I need to put to apply eyeliner. It does not have a
dragging feeling but is you let the pencil be open without closing the cap then
it will be a disaster to apply this kajal as the air dries out the kajal. It has
a gel liner like the feel and looks after application which is impressive.
MY EXPERIENCE
It was completely smudge-proof after a
minute of settling in place and partially waterproof. It did not smudge the
whole day and was on my eyes without a small budge. It did survive on my waterline for three hours which I think is great but after the kajal in waterline
vanishes I looked weird, would never recommend for smokey water line unless you
are setting this kajal with some black or brown eye shadow.
I feel it did well on my upper eyelash liner but not as a lower waterline liner. If you are using this in your
waterline make sure you set them with black powder eye shadow. It did not give
panda eyes for me which was a great relief.
PROS
Creamy and gel liner finish
Quite long-lasting
Paraben-free
Comes with a cool sharpener
CONS
Have to sharp
The kajal did not survive on my water
line for more than two hours. Since I have a watery lower lash line. So it is not
completely waterproof.
WILL I REPURCHASE?
Definitely. I highly recommend this
Kajal to college and office going girls.
I hope this review helped you guys,
see you all soon with another article.
