Hey guys,
Its been a while since I posted an article and I really missed you all. Sharing my thoughts and reviews with you guys have made my day beautiful and content. In this article, I am going to review the Wet-n-wild kohl line- Simma brown now. I already finished my Lakme classic brown eyeliner and I needed to test something new and budget-friendly. I was having my eyes on this liner for a very long time and I am very glad that I tried this liner. These days I am sporting a brown liner than black liner because its summer and I want to keep my eyes light and not heavy.
PACKAGING
I ordered the kohl liner pencil on Amazon it came with the simple packaging with a small plastic cover covering the pencil part which indicates it is sealed and used. I am quite satisfied with the thin pencil which was quite a travel-friendly product. So you can just pop it right inside your makeup pouch. One downside is that it does not come with a sharpener. You might have to buy a sharpener if you don't have one.
PRODUCT CLAIMS: as mentioned on their website
*SNIFF*:’) We’re gonna get all sentimental here! We remember it so fondly. You were preteen, first experimenting with makeup, going to the drugstore with only a buck in your pocket and getting your first wet n wild eyeliner. We were there for you then and we’re here for you now – better than ever! These long-wearing liners have rich, hyper-pigmented color, an oh-so-smooth, oh-so-creamy application, and are versatile enough to create any look you want. No wonder they’re so raved about by celebs and makeup artists. But don’t worry, just because we’re all Hollywood now doesn’t mean we’ve forgotten about you. What was YOUR first wet n’ wild eyeliner color? Ours was blue.

- Rich, hyper-pigmented color
- Oh-so-smooth, oh-so-creamy application
- Extremely versatile to create any look without smudging.

0.04 oz or 1.4g for 115 INR.
PIGMENTATION
As mentioned in their product claims the product was highly pigmented and does not need more than two swipe for intense color. The color was a straight-up brown color and I am satisfied with the color and pigmentation.
FORMULA
The liner had a smooth gliding however if you have dry eyelids then you might have an issue with the application. It is always advised to use a well-sharpened pencil. It gives more precision and grip to work with. It is not smudge-free.
MY EXPERIENCE
As I told you earlier I was very much happy with the color and pigmentation. However, it does not completely smudge-free. Besides if you have oily eyelids like mine it can smudge easily. I use compact powder to matte my eyelids and line on the upper eyelids. It applies quite smoothly on my lower lashes and I always apply some brown eyeshadow powder so that it does not smudge because of my watery eyes. As it does not completely smudge beginners can take their time to create a smokey eye with this pencil.
PROS
Smooth application.
Well pigmented.
Travel- friendly.
Cruelty-free brand.
Pocket-friendly.
CONS
It does not come with a sharpener.
Not completely smudge-free.
Very easy to create smokey eyes with this.
WILL I REPURCHASE?
Obviously. It is very convenient for a beginner like me who wants to create something different in her makeup routine. I hope this review was helpful to all of you. See you all in my next post. Take care angels. I am very grateful for the growing family in my blog.
