Hey guys,
I hope you are all doing well in your life. Bringing change
in your life is one of the best things you can gift yourself. Good changes are
always healthy no matter how hard they look; one of them is getting up early. When
you get up early you can find plenty of time to do all the work you were
dreaming of doing in a day. Magically you might get to do more things in your
day which you never got the time to finish before. Waking up early is a
powerful habit that changes many things inside and outside you – you feel
relaxed on the inside and productive on the outside. The first step to any good
path or success is waking up early and working on yourself and your goals. It feels
great to prioritize yourself in the morning, nobody can disturb or question
your thoughts and doings – you are on your own. You get to live your secret
power life when you get up early and making it a habit will liberate your
thoughts every single day. Let see the
list of things I did that will make you get up early.
Mention in the routine to-do – list:
One thing that changed my life routine is the routine
to-do- list I write every single night before sleeping and I check them every
single day. It gives me the determination I need to finish a task on that day
and pushes me to finish them on time. Waking up early is a small task but when
you prioritize and mention in your list it makes a huge difference. If you are
a person who does not write a list of things to do you can try telling yourself
that you have to wake up early before going to sleep at night. To be more
precise you could just take a pen and paper and write I need to wake up early
tomorrow to finish my tasks. Telling yourself or writing on the list of things
might help you register waking up early in your subconscious mind.
Find tasks that really interest you:
So you woke up early but nothing to look up to –
chances are you might spend one-hour scrolling through your social media for
ideas and go back to sleep. There must be a convincing reason that keeps you
hooked up in the whole process of waking up early. For me personally, it was
finding time to write a blog or edit and post a video. I really tried hard to
find time in completing these tasks in my regular timings which I was not able
to do. Writing a blog or making a video really gives me that sense of liberation
I need it in my day. Your tasks can be anything it can be a work or your leisure
time. I always don’t work when I get up early sometimes I would like to charge myself
listening to speeches and reading books. That charge will take your day into a
smooth ride you had ever been in your life. So find what you really need to do in the power hour to have a better day.
Keep it simple:
We always get overwhelmed by a number of tasks that we have on
that day which will eventually slow your brain that day. it is always good to keep it simple and concentrate on one task
at a time. Do simple multitasks, for example, cooking for your family and
listening to the news or audiobooks. Multitasking is good it really makes your
life easier but it also drains all of your energy for the day. You don’t need
to pull all your energy and give for a couple of tasks in a day, save some for
the rest of the day. Either check your emails and reply to them or enjoy your
morning coffee and connect to powerful thoughts that arise from your soul. When you are starting your day give little
pushes to finish your task and don’t pressurize yourself to complete any task
within a short time. Energize yourself with a cup of coffee and with mild
pleasant thoughts in the morning to keep you going. The first ten minutes can be spent to energize your body and mind then you can do the rest of the tasks for the day.
Have a plan:
Envisioning or writing the flow chart for the day
might really help you get up early because you have something to do tomorrow
morning. Fixing goals for each day will help you get up early with energy; the
same energy will help you complete your goals for the day at ease. I always wanted
to read books but I couldn’t because I didn’t prioritize and simply didn’t plan.
But when I prioritized reading a book and wrote in my daily to-do-list I was
surprised how I did well in doing the things that I always needed to do. I simply
found time in the morning by getting up early to involve myself in a few pages of
my favorite book. For mothers like me getting leisure time is very hard as we are busy taking care of our kids sometimes it is not about tasks but reading books and getting leisure time. It can be very simple as
watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee with some light music in the
background or even painting. Morning power hours can be utilized to finish your work or to charge you for the entire day.
Remember the benefits of waking up early:
There is an endless number of benefits for people who
wake up in the morning. The first thing you get to experience is the fresh air, the
beautiful sunrise and your quiet me-time where nobody can take away from you. The
crispy morning you get to experience is something special that will improve
your day. You find yourself topping your productivity game all by yourself by
having better control in your day. You don’t hurry to get things done in the
morning as simple as eating breakfast and getting ready for work. You feel
the empowerment by getting better control of your day. These are the few
benefits you can achieve if you wake up early. Remind yourselves the benefits
of waking up early and you start to believe that you need to wake up early. I used
to watch videos of people getting up early and getting more things done in a
day without a hustle. When you think of waking up early every single day eventually you will wake up early by convincing your subconscious mind. Of course, you can achieve all the benefits by not scrolling through social media and fully indulging yourself in the early power hour of the day.
I hope the post was helpful for you all and I feel
grateful for writing this post and reaching you guys. I am a very happy person
if any of my posts help you in your life. Thank you for all the support – like
