I am back with another topic which is about self exploration but not fashion and beauty. This article is a reminder for myself to remember at difficult times. I want to help you people with my simple tips, I hope this article helps you. As we grow old, it is important to love and nourish our soul. these are the simple steps to bring peace to your soul. We always think that things are not working in our favor but in reality its our thoughts which brings us misfortune. We overthink and create problems which was not there in the first place. So instead think about these steps and start changing your life.

1. PAMPER YOURSELF
Pamper yourself with the work you love doing. It can be a work or a hobby. Indulge your mind in doing something you love. Doing something we love will nourish our soul from within. Dance like nobody is watching you, sing like nobody is listening and take a nice shower and give yourself a skin and hair pamper routine. Give yourself a good nail manicure, watch a nice movie or get indulged in a good book. Cook your favorite dish and treat yourself. Sometimes pampering doesn’t need to be spending money on materialistic things but things you want to learn to grow yourself as a person.


2. SELF DATE
Go for a date with yourself because the only person you need to be in good terms is with yourself. If we are peaceful and happy with ourselves then we will be successful in anything we do. Go for a small coffee date with your own thoughts and ideas. You can also go to nearby garden and spend some time with the nature to nurture your thoughts. Take a deep breath and explore your deep positive thoughts.

3.WRITE A JOURNAL :
Its always fascinating to write a journal something that’s reassuring that you are living well. Firstly, I recommend you to keep a gratitude journal, write a list of things that you find grateful to have in your life. Write whatever comes to your mind even if it’s a small thing. The only person who can help you out from misery is you. If you are a over thinker journaling will help you calm your mind. Write all the silly thoughts you have in your mind, after you have finished writing you would have stopped thinking about problems. Your mind will be free to think about all the possibilities to overcome the tough situation.

4.SURROUND YOURSELF WITH PEOPLE WHO BRING OUT THE BEST IN YOU

It is important to surround yourself with people who believe in you and support you through tough times. Some people make you realize your capacity, when you find those people don’t leave them. Spending few minutes with the people who encourage you gives you the strength you need. Be careful whom you spend your time with, sometimes people might not encourage you but they can teach you overcome your situation through their actions. As you know, actions speaks louder than words.

I strongly believe that we human are highly capable of exploring things beyond our captive which is why we are al special. We all fight with our negative side to overcome all the tough situations in life. I hope this article will help someone in the world to find inner peace with themselves.
